Our custom printed products are not returnable. If your received items are damaged, we will replace them at no charge.
As our items are hand produced individually, there will be minor inconsistencies in each item as compared to other items in the order. This is the nature of hand made / produced products and is not considered a defect or damage for returns. Printing errors that are ours will be replaced. Printing errors as a result of uploaded artwork are not considered damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@kimberleyb.com and we’ll start the process.
Lost Items
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your order is missing, please email us and we’ll help get the process started to replace your items.
